All funds and plans purchased for use in Mercy Hospitality locations are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold or exchanged amongst meal plan holders and a meal plan holder must accompany guest when using guest meals. Mercy Hospitality funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Mercy Hospitality funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire on the last day of the Spring Semester.
All dining plans and M.E.R.V. bucks are non-refundable. Unused meal plans & M.E.R.V. buck balances roll over from the Fall to Spring Semesters but will expire on the last day of the Spring Semester. Flex account balances are carried forward each semester until you graduate or formally withdraw from the University.
Refund Policy:
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
