What is a Meal Plan?
A Meal Plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more, at all of our locations across campus. Your Meal Plan includes Meal Swipes and Dining Dollars, conveniently loaded onto your campus one card. No need to carry additional cards or cash!
Meal Swipes
Meal swipes give you access to our all-you-care-to-eat dining hall, Waldron Café, and to Valley Pizza Company, our café that offers made to order pizzas and Starbucks coffee
M.E.R.V. Bucks (Dining Dollars)
M.E.R.V. bucks may be used at any GMercyU Hospitality location. All of our plans include M.E.R.V. Bucks, which can be redeemed at dining spots around campus without using a meal. Visit our locations page for location information, including dining hall menus and hours of operation. It’s the perfect solution when you’re between classes and looking for a snack or cup of coffee.
Cash Equivalency
Students may also use up to $7 in "Cash Equivalency" value towards the purchase of a full meal solution at Valley Pizza & Bread Co. Cash Equivalency comes standard with each plan, maximizing value by allowing students to utilize their meal plan in our retail locations.

- Dining Dollars that can be used across campus locations such as: Costa Coffee (Maguire Hall), Byte Boxes (Keiss Library and Maguire), Starbucks: We Proudly Serve (Waldron), M.E.R.V.'s Market I (University Hall) and M.E.R.V.'s Market II (Healthcare Innovation Center - Coming Fall 25)

Managing Your Plan
There are three ways you can check your Meal Swipes and M.E.R.V. Bucks balance:
- On the MyGMercyU portal
- On your receipt after a purchase at any dining location
- Call the Griffin Dining office at 267-448-1328 anytime Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M
